Summer Cookery Club

A Culinary Experience Travelling Around the World

I am thrilled to welcome pupils in Years 4-11 to develop their Cooking and Nutrition skills at my October Half Term Cooking Club running from Monday 20th October to Thursday 23rd October. 


Pupils will enjoy learning how to prepare and cook cuisine inspired by countries around the world at The Beacon.

Daily Menu & Themes

Monday 20th October to Thursday 23rd October

Homemade Pitta Breads & Kebabs

Mon

Chicken or vegetarian option of kebabs.

Sticky Toffee Pudding

Tues

Served with  Crème Anglaise.

Homemade Pasta

Wed

Carbonara, Tomato Sauce or Pesto.

Spiced Tacos

Thurs

Served with Salsa, Sour Cream & Cheese.

10am-3pm daily at £75 per day (early drop-off available at £5 per hours, 8am-10am)

COOKERY CLUB INFORMATION

In a Snapshot

👦 For young foodies aged 8–16 (Years 4–11) 

📍 The Beacon School: Amersham, HP6 5PF 

🕙 Time: 10am – 3pm daily
💷 Cost: £75 per day - please specify dates required
🕗 Early drop-off available: 8:00am–10:00am (£5/hour)

📦 What to bring:

  • 2 x 2L containers (to take food home)
  • A snack, packed nut-free lunch, and water bottle

✅ Open to children from all schools
🚪 Drop-off & pick-up: Fire escape door next to the Cooking & Nutrition room – please check in with the adult in charge.
